Under the heading 'General Information' we wanted to incorporate answers to the questions that are most frequently asked.

Where exactly are the cottages?
Bot Coet Cottages are situated in the small hamlet of Bot Coet, surrounded by farmland, woodland and country lanes. In between the small town of Guemene Sur Scorff and Ploerdut.

How far are the cottages from the major ports?
Roscoff is the nearest being an hour and a half away
St Malo 2 hours
Cherbourg 4hours
Calais 8hours

What is included in the price?
All bed linen and towels (not beach)with linen being changed weekly and towels twice weekly.
All gas and electricity.
Items supplied include:
- washing up liquid -dishwasher tabs
- cleaning cloths -toilet rolls
- tea towels -cleaning products
- clingfilm -kitchen paper
- tin foil -matches
- bin liners

Is there ample parking?
There is a car park with ample parking for 8 cars situated right next door to the cottages and Games Room

How can we be sure of a good standard of accommodation?

Here at Bot Coet Cottages we are very proud to be an accepted member of www.YourHolidayMatters.com A website originally set up by a group of like minded gite owners who wanted to be able to assure any 'would be guests' of an excellent standard of accommodation. Hence any cottages featured on the site have all been vetted by an independant panel before being accepted (extreemly nerve racking!) It isn't a question of being able to buy advertising space.
