Francoise cottage will sleep up to 5 people in 2 bed rooms.

Built from Brittany stone with walls so thick that even in the heat of the summer 'Francoise' will remain a cool haven. Or for those chillier evenings in early Spring or late summer imagine curling up in front of the woodburner making the most of being able to unwind and relax.

The private patio is set within a stone wall, overlooking the main landscaped gardens and swimming pool. With troughs and pots filled with geraniums and fushias spilling over. The main flower borders stocked and brimming with colour.

This terrace is the perfect place to relax with a good book and a glass of wine. Make the most of enjoying a bbq on a summers evening. With the hours difference in time daylight is until 11pm in June.

The cottage itself has a large open plan kitchen/dining/living room with a feature fireplace and woodburner. There is english television and dvd player , with a selection of dvd's to choose from. Beautifully decorated and furnished, with large comfortable settees,an abundnace of books, magazines and games. Ensuring, we hope, that very quickly you will feel very much at home.

In all four cottages we provide a comprehensive 'Information Book', with everything you may need to know from basic information about supermarkets, doctors etc to ideas on where to go,a top 10 of our favourite restaurants and towns. The list is endless.

The pine kitchen is complete with an electric cooker, washing machine, microwave, fridge and coffee maker. Ample crockery, cutlery and general cooking utensils mean that ccoking can be a pleasure. Please see under 'General Information' as to the list of products supplied in the kitchen.

New for 2011 we shall be installing a dishwasher.

All cottages are fitted with smoke detectors.

Open stairs from the lounge area lead to the first floor - as in all the cottages a stair gate has been fitted for peace of mind. The staircase leads onto the spacious double mezzanine bed room. The large, airy second bed room has three single beds. Both bed rooms have ample wardrobe space, dressing tables and bedside tables.

Bed linen and towels (not beach) are included within the price: bed linen being changed weekly and towels twice weekly.

Both travel cots and highchairs are available on request.

The bathroom, with shower and bath, plus separate toilet are located on the ground floor. Whilst new for 2011 will be a second toilet/cloakroom on the first floor.
