Here at Bot Coet Cottages we have two, three bed roomed cottages.

The first being 'Adele', sleeping a maximum of 6 people in 3 bed rooms - 2 doubles and 1 twin bedded bed room.

The totally private garden with patio and bbq is located behind the property well away from the main garden. Enclosed, and laid to lawn with pots of summer flowers and shrubs. The garden is a real bolt hole to be enjoyed by adults and children alike.

The large kitchen / dining room is well equipped with an electric cooker, large fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher and microwave. Ample crockery, glasses plus all manner of utensils are provided, enabling you to enjoy preparing meals for yourself and your family. With its blue and yellow theme, it is a kitchen to enjoying spending time in.

All four cottages are fitted with smoke detectors.

A high chair and travel cot are available on request.

The separate lounge is both comfortable and nicely decorated. There is english television, dvd player and video player. As well as an abundance of games, books, magazines and dvd's for you to choose from.

As with all the cottages a comprehensive 'Information Book' is provided giving information from local doctors, supermarkets, best markets etc to our top 10 restaurants in the area.

All rooms are fitted with electric heaters for those 'out of season' chillier moments.

Open stairs from the lounge lead to the first floor. A stairgate is fitted at the top of the stairs (for peace of mind).

There are two large double bed rooms plus one twin bedded bedroom. All homely with everything you will need to make your stay comfortable. All bed linen and towels (not beach) are included, with bed linen changed weekly and towels twice weekly.

New for 2010 will be a toilet and shower on the first floor.

Access to the large garden is through the landing, where the french doors lead down onto the patio and garden.

There is a second bathroom, with shower and bath, plus separate toilet located on the ground floor.
